I am a participant in the Edmund Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program, a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the United States Department of State and implemented by IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board). Currently I am studying Educational Technology at the University of Hartford. My fields of interest are: e-learning, e-assessment, technologies in language teaching and learning, multimedia in education, educational and open source software, distance learning, curriculum development and professional development.
